Adrian is the Managing Partner for Next Capital, a financial management company based in Eastern Europe. Next Capital activities include factoring, purchase of distressed portfolios/assets alongside German group EOS, real estate residential development and investments in technology projects. He started up a technology company for software development which now services 12 countries in Eastern Europe.

  

Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Adrian was the Finance Director for CONNEX- the largest mobile company in Romania, a JV between US based Air Touch and Canadian company TIW. The company was later purchased by Vodafone. He is a board member of the largest hospitality company in Romania and a member of YPO.

Adrian graduated Physics at the University of Bucharest and Management at the Academy of Economic Studies. He is a qualified accountant with ACCA in UK (2002) and attended Executive Program for Growing Companies at Stanford (2006) and other various programs (Big Data and Analytics- Stanford 2019, Digital Marketing- Columbia Business School, From Product to Platform- MIT 2020).
